MOC-54894 was designed based on the building in one of the most famous American sitcoms. This product was designed and authorized by LegoArtisan The 2-story building has made some changes based on the prototype. There is a cafe on the lower level and a pub on the upper level. The design of lower level stays true to the official set and takes advantage of its unique shape to set itself apart from other usual rectangular modular buildings. The wall face is changed into removable glass panels for easy viewing and access so the builder can still recreate scenes from the TV show and maintain it's playability. The upper level starts of with a bar as a figure enters the main door; then followed by some tables, comfy chairs and a pool table. It also has a wide screen TV great for watching sports. The small kitchen and toilet are just next to the bar, which are a necessity for any establishment. The pub also has an outdoor seating with a small area for live music. The roof is a simple design but allow the builder an opportunity to further add floors, if they desire.
